We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to run our Petrol Industries store in collaboration with the manager.
Responsibilities
As assistant store manager, you will be responsible, in collaboration with the manager, for the appearance of the store, achieving set targets, key store performance indicators, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will ensure that customers always have a positive, accessible, and friendly experience in our store.
Working with the store manager, you will motivate, support, and supervise the entire team. With your enthusiasm and passion for the job, you will ensure that your employees give their best.
Working with the regional manager and store manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting store staff and ensuring that new employees are properly trained.
Your profile
You already have experience in the service sector, retail, or management
You have excellent communication skills and are customer-oriented
You are organized and methodical
You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to lead and motivate your team
You are positive and dynamic
You are fluent in French and you speak English at B2 level
