Your missions Recruitment & Talent Management Sourcing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates (hostesses, stewards, team leaders) Organizing interviews and maintaining candidate databases Team Coordination & Operations Supporting the planning and coordination of hostesses and stewards Preparing event briefings and staff guidelines Communicating with team members before, during and after events Ensuring teams are fully prepared and supporting performance follow-up Support on site for multiples tasks Administrative support Admin tasks ad hoc General admin Uniforms management As an Event Project Intern, You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator, comfortable multitasking and taking responsibility.
