Binnen Air Liquide Healthcare Benelux gevestigd in Zaventem en onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Digital Project Manager in het Operational Excellence team, bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende PROJECT MANAGEMENT onderwerpen voor een periode van minimaal 4 maanden:
* Opleiding in het gebruik van ons 4U-portaal (voornamelijk gebruikt voor bestellingen, het bekijken van facturen en leveringsbonnen). U begeleidt klanten telefonisch om hun account aan te maken maar ook om hun eerste bestelling te plaatsen en zich vertrouwd te maken met het portaal.
* Ontwikkeling van het Equipment gedeelte van het 4U portaal in samenwerking met de afdeling Procurement. Uitbreiding van het assortiment beschikbare producten, creatie van technische datasheets, ondersteuning van de CSC-coördinator bij het beantwoorden van verzoeken van klanten.
* Een methodologie voor gegevensopschoning in SalesForce opzetten en uitvoeren en zorgen voor de opvolging ervan.
* Deze taken gaan gepaard met regelmatige rapportage aan je manager.

* Missions & Responsabilités
Au sein d'Air Liquide basé à Zaventem et sous la responsabilité de la chef de projet digital dans l'équipe Operational Excellence, vous aurez en charge les sujets PROJECT MANAGEMENT suivants pour une durée d'au moins 4 mois :
* Formation à l'utilisation de notre portail 4U (utilisé principalement pour passer commande, consulter les factures et les bons de livraison). Vous accompagnerez les clients par téléphone à créer leur compte mais également à passer leur première commande et à se familiariser avec le portail.
* * Développement de la section Équipements du portail 4U en partenariat avec le département Procurement. Enrichissement de la gamme de produits disponible, création de fiches techniques, support du Coordinateur CSC pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
* Mettre en place et effectuer une méthodologie pour data cleaning dans SalesForce et assurer le suivi.

Ces missions seront accompagnées par d'un reporting régulier à votre manager.
Profil et Compétences

Missions & Responsibilities
Within Air Liquide Healthcare Benelux based in Zaventem and reporting to the Digital Project Manager in the Operational Excellence team, you will be responsible for the following PROJECT MANAGEMENT topics for a minimum duration of 4 months:
* Training on the use of our 4U portal (primarily used for placing orders, consulting invoices, and delivery notes). You will assist customers over the phone in creating their account, placing their first order, and becoming familiar with the portal.
* * Development of the Equipment section of the 4U portal in partnership with the Procurement department. This involves expanding the range of available products, creating technical data sheets, and supporting the CSC Coordinator in responding to customer inquiries.
* Implement and execute a methodology for data cleaning in SalesForce and ensure follow-up.

These missions will be accompanied by regular reporting to your manager.
Profile and Skills:
