Senior Communications Manager
Are you a strategic communicator passionate about sustainability and corporate storytelling? This role is ideal for someone with experience in ESG and financial communications, who can drive strategic communications that reflect the company's values of sustainability, transparency, and responsible growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the production of integrated annual reports, ensuring alignment with ESG and regulatory standards.
* Craft and execute a sustainability communications plan that resonates with global stakeholders.
* Draft press releases, investor updates, and executive communications.
* Coordinate and support major corporate events, including shareholder meetings and leadership off-sites.
* Manage the corporate website and lead a major website redesign project.
* Act as a liaison with institutional partners, industry organisations, and sustainability networks.
* Represent the company in select public and media engagements.
Internal Communications:
* Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and communicate corporate updates.
* Ensure consistent use of brand identity and tone of voice across all communication channels.
Financial & Crisis Communications:
* Support investor relations and financial disclosures for a listed company.
* Help establish and maintain communication protocols for risk and crisis scenarios.
Requirements:
* 8–10 years of experience in corporate, financial, or sustainability communications—ideally within a listed or multinational company.
* Solid grasp of ESG frameworks, financial disclosure obligations, and stakeholder communication.
* A natural communicator—fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)—with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
* Experienced in digital content management, media relations, and internal communications.
* Proactive, adaptable, hands-on, and able to manage complex projects across multiple teams and geographies.
