4. Supervise and support a team of sourcers, ensuring careful follow-up and fostering their professional development.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from preselection to offer negotiation.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.
Profile:
7. Proven experience in IT recruitment, with particular expertise in sourcing and talent selection.
8. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
10. Fluency in French and English, German would be an additional advantage.
