Overview
As a permanent role, you will lead the institutional communication and corporate PR strategy for Natura in Latin America, focusing on strengthening brand reputation, mitigating risks, and amplifying influence.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals.
* Co-create cross‑functional institutional narratives in collaboration with global teams.
* Anticipate reputational risks and lead crisis and issue response.
* Structure proactive and reactive communication plans, including public positions.
* Act as a senior leadership advisor on reputation matters.
* Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, and institutional stakeholders.
* Ensure messaging consistency regionally and execute playbooks.
* Lead production of strategic content and manage KPIs through data analysis.
Qualifications
* Over 10 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or public affairs.
* Proven crisis management and people management skills.
* Experience in large companies or high‑relevance sectors.
* Strong analytical capacity for external and media scenarios.
* Expertise in corporate storytelling and strategic writing.
* Ability to influence in matrix structures and collaborate cross‑functionally.
Preferred
* Experience in communicating ESG, innovation, regulation, and business topics.
* International or global environment experience.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
