We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment strategies across multiple European countries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of partnering with HR and hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with HR and hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across Europe
* Managing relationships with external agencies and universities
* Coordinating interviews and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
* Supporting onboarding, background checks, and offer negotiations
* Focusing on diversity hiring and continuous process improvement
* Conducting stay and exit interviews, and supporting internal mobility
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies
The successful candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and MS Office
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience recruiting across Europe is a strong plus
* Knowledge of additional European languages (French/German) is a bonus
