As Project Manager Mechanical Construction, you are the link between strategy and execution. You combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills and ensure that projects are not only delivered correctly, but also generate maximum value for clients and project teams.
Shaping projects from the tender phase
You lay the foundations for successful project execution by:
* Preparing tender and qualification files and defining the bidding strategy
* Establishing technical and financial project baselines
* Developing project schedules, execution sequences and procurement strategies
* Estimating costs for mechanical works and required resources
* Identifying and managing risks and opportunities
Leading projects during execution
On site, you take ownership of planning, people and results:
* Managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors
* Preparing and monitoring execution and safety plans
* Organising site activities and ensuring daily follow up
* Controlling planning, budget, quality and safety
* Reporting, managing changes and ensuring proper project close out
Contributing to a stronger organisation
In addition to project delivery, you contribute to continuous improvement by:
* Optimising operational processes and document management
* Supporting compliance with legislation and internal procedures
* Evaluating and developing partnerships with subcontractors
Profile Project Manager Mechanical Construction
Your background as a Project Manager Mechanical Construction includes:
* Fluent knowledge of French and professional communication skills in English or Dutch
* In depth knowledge of EN and ASME standards for pressure equipment
* Experience with WPS, QC documentation and welding processes such as TIG and electrode welding
* Proven experience in mechanical high pressure boiler projects
* Understanding of contractual obligations and quality control of fabricated pressure components
