About the role
Are you dedicated to maintaining precise invoicing procedures and providing outstanding service? Join DSV as a Billing Specialist! You will be part of our DSV Road organisation, which specialises in Road transportation activities.
Duties:
1. Reviewing, enhancing, and updating billing data in our systems;
2. Collaborating closely with various internal departments and external partners to exchange crucial information;
3. Addressing specific client requirements to ensure precise invoice processing;
4. Monitoring shipments to ensure all invoicing is completed promptly;
5. Escalating any issues to the Team Lead, Billing as necessary;
6. Managing daily tasks efficiently across multiple database.

Are you the perfect fit?
7. You have already some experiences in administration and billing;
8. Background or experience within road transportation is a big plus;
9. You are fluent in Dutch and English;
10. Ability to collaborate effectively, anticipate customer needs, and drive results within agreed timelines.
