Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $13.50 por hora + direct hire benefits (Medical plan among other)
Shift: 1st Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
What's a typical day as Applications Specialist Coordinator? You'll be:
Providing administrative support and coordinating daily operational processes for the department of Application Specialists
Receiving and channeling information from other departments to ensure timely responses to operational requests
Creating, assigning, coordinating, invoicing, and closing service calls in Salesforce
Preparing product and service quotations for clients and following up for approvals or changes
Invoicing products and services in Acumatica based on approved quotations
Offering orientation to clients and prospects about available products and services
Verifying supplier website information to keep technical documents updated for clients
Managing and updating Excel inventory records for loaned equipment and their locations
Ensuring the department is stocked with necessary office supplies
Reserving and overseeing the proper use of meeting and training rooms
Coordinating department-sponsored activities and trainings, including literature preparation, giveaways, food and refreshment arrangements, and parking
Updating and submitting monthly reports on product lines and equipment to supervisors and senior management
Performing various administrative tasks such as handling calls, messages, copying, digitizing, archiving documents, and managing correspondence
Contributing actively to the department's mission, vision, and culture of efficiency and top-quality customer service
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
Have prior experience in administrative or operations support roles.
Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing inventory records.
Can coordinate and organize department activities, trainings, and meetings.
Possess strong communication and customer service skills in Spanish and English.
Are detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Associate degree or two years of university.
