Key Responsibilities:

* Select materials and molds strategically, balancing performance with cost considerations.
* Oversee industrialization and introduction of new equipment, streamlining production workflows.
* Develop and document process standards, ensuring consistency across operations.
* Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for top-tier quality, driving continuous improvement.
* Rigorously research and implement new technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
* Masters in Engineering or equivalent through experience, preferably in plastic processing, with a strong understanding of material properties.
* Extensive knowledge of plastic molding processes, including technologies, suppliers, implementation, and risks, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
* Proficiency in tools for requirements analysis and concept development, with excellent project management and planning skills.
* Familiarity with mold concepts and properties of various plastics, with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and lead cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in English, with knowledge of Dutch a plus, allowing seamless communication with international colleagues.
