PpAs part of a consortium tender for a European organisation, we are searching for a freelance Solution Architect to be responsible for the design and governance of complex mission-critical IT systems in the defence sector. They align business and operational requirements with secure, scalable, and interoperable technical solutions that meet strict military/defence standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate operational and capability requirements into secure and compliant IT solutions. /li liDesign multi-domain architectures across classified and unclassified environments. /li liAlign architecture with defense-specific frameworks (e.g. Federated Mission Networking (FMN), MAGERIT, NAF). /li liLead architectural decisions for command-and-control, secure communications systems and accredited wide area networks. /li liCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including military and civil program leads.
