About the role
At IBA, a global leader in the fight against cancer, we’re creating a new key position within our HR department: a hybrid role that combines HR data analytics, SAP SuccessFactors user support, and a real contribution to the evolution of our HRIS.
Why this role now?
Because data has become strategic. We want someone who’s curious, analytical, and hands-on, ready to turn raw HR data into meaningful insights for our internal clients and help us move toward a more automated and efficient HR ecosystem.
This is a newly created role, some data exists today, but most of the structure and processes are still to be built and improved.
What you’ll do
1) HR data analysis
1. Explore HR data (from SuccessFactors, payroll, etc.) to provide relevant insights
2. Respond to requests from internal clients or proactively suggest helpful analyses
3. Detect data inconsistencies and anomalies
4. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability
5. Help automate recurring reports
6. Play an active role in building a data-driven HR vision
2) HRIS development and process improvement
7. Take part in HRIS evolution stories (access rights, feature updates, etc.)
8. Write specifications, test functionalities, and collaborate with IT
9. No worries if you’re not an expert in SuccessFactors — we’ll train you!
3) Internal support
10. Respond to HR systems-related questions via the dedicated mailbox
11. Be a reliable point of contact for system users
12. Help users better understand and use our HR tools effectively
Who you are
13. You have at least one experience in a data, analytics, or systems-oriented role
14. You’re genuinely interested in HR topics and want to support their digital transformation
15. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and able to apply common sense when facing complex situations
16. You enjoy improving processes, testing, learning through trial and error—and above all, delivering results
17. You don’t need to know SuccessFactors yet—we’ll teach you!
18. You’re comfortable working with different internal stakeholders and know how to keep projects moving
19. Advanced Excel skills are a strong asset
20. You speak English (B2 minimum) and French (C2)
Tools you’ll use
21. SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central modules)
22. Payroll and internal HR systems
23. Daily collaboration with IT, managers, and Key Users
