Business Analyst – Investments & Financial Insurance
Mission context
For our client, we are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
to join the
Invest & Financial Insurances Tribe
. This team is responsible for the development and maintenance of end-to-end investment solutions for Retail and Private Banking clients.
You will contribute to the rollout of
new Investment Services
and the
implementation of Capital Gains Tax
, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Your role
As a Business Analyst, you will:
* Collaborate closely with the
Product Owner
and the
Custody Squad
* Perform
impact analyses
and translate
business, regulatory, legal, and process requirements
into clear specifications
* Refine solutions together with the Product Owner and contribute to
business cases
* Work closely with
development teams
, ensuring clarity and availability of requirements
* Actively participate in
agile ceremonies
(refinement, sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
* Provide
regular status reporting
to different levels within the Tribe
* Lead
change and launch activities
(IT releases, go-to-market, client impact)
* Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from a wide range of
internal and external stakeholders
* Facilitate and lead
workshops
to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
Language requirements
* Dutch & French
: Strong written and spoken communication skills in one language, with professional proficiency in the other
* English
: Main working language of the team – strong written and spoken skills required
Education & certifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Sciences
or equivalent experience
* Agile certification
(Scrum, SAFe, etc.) is a strong asset
Experience & knowledge
Required
* Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
as a Business Analyst
* Strong background in
Securities / Custody
environments
* Experience in
Retail and Private Banking
* Proven experience with
agile project delivery
* Ability to translate ideas and concepts into
features and functional requirements
* Experience in
securities processing
(custody, brokerage, transactions)
