As a Management Assistant, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the legal team. Your key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and following up on invoicing procedures
* Opening and managing new matters in the ERP system
* Supporting 3 Partners and 2 Counsel with case management, including preparing court documents, finalising submissions, and tracking deadlines
* Organising, preparing, and monitoring internal and external hearings
* Creating and updating records in the CRM database
* Tracking legal obligations of lawyers (e.g. bar requirements)
* Organising meetings and travel arrangements
* Ensuring all documents are professionally formatted and presentation-ready
* Managing lawyers' calendars
* Creating PR/POs and monitoring expense reports
* At least two years of experience in a similar administrative role
* Proficiency with MS Office tools Able to manage stress and multiple priorities
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage stress and multiple priorities
* Proactive and consistently professional in approach
* A high level of proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
