As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the simulation center. You will lead the on-site team, ensuring system availability and service levels, while acting as the primary interface with the garrison and command. You will also provide backup technical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the simulation center and manage the on-site team.
* Ensure the availability and service levels of all systems.
* Serve as the primary point of contact with the garrison and command.
* Provide backup technical support when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Dutch, French, and English: Minimum B2 level in each.
Technical Skills:
* Team leadership.
* Knowledge of ITIL, Networking/Infrastructure, and basic Cybersecurity.
* Scheduling and Stakeholder Management.
* Power BI, O365, Confluence, Jira, ITIL tools, GLPI/ServiceNow.
Soft Skills:
* Teamwork and effective communication with cross-functional roles.
* Adaptability to operational missions and shifting priorities.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
* Ability to integrate into military culture and adhere to rules of discipline.
Security Requirements:
* National SECRET security clearance required or eligibility to obtain it.
Working Conditions:
* Full-time position with rotating shift availability (06:00–22:00).
* Occasional 24-hour service coverage depending on exercises.
* Travel for national and international exercises or support as needed.
