Cost Estimator Are you our new Cost Estimator within Sales? As a Cost Estimator, you play a key role within our commercial team. You translate tenders, specifications and client requests into accurate and competitive quotations. You think outside the box, take initiative and proactively create added value. You work on both large-scale tenders and targeted projects, such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc. You are part of the Sales team (Business Sales Advisors & Sales Support) and report to the CCO. Screening the market, with a focus on relevant and interesting tenders Analysing and interpreting tenders and technical specifications Participating in site visits Preparing cost calculations and formulating commercial proposals Developing quotations for both large tenders and smaller projects, delivering high-quality and well-founded files Actively contributing to tender and bid defences Optimising calculation models and working methods Working closely with Business Sales Advisors, Sales Support and other relevant departments, and aligning with the CCO Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience Very strong knowledge of Excel ( must ) Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to manage and meet set deadlines Able to work independently with strong communication skills Experience in calculation, pricing, cost analysis or tender processes is an asset Perfect command of Dutch; basic knowledge of French and/or English is an asset In possession of a valid category B driving licence Full-time permanent contract Attractive salary in line with your experience Discreet company car with charging card Meal vouchers and eco vouchers Hospitalisation insurance (DKV) 20 statutory holidays 12 ADV days End-of-year bonus and holiday pay Training and ongoing support Ready to help build strong offers and successful deals?
