From Temporing Barcelona we select a HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.


Tasks:

* Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.
* Manage Learning and Training processes.
* Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
* Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals
* Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.


Requirements:

* Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
* Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
* In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
* A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required.
* A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.


We offer:

* 6-month temporary contract
* Possibility of working in a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Schedule from 8 to 17hrs. from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday.
* Hybrid position.
* Gross annual salary: 37.500€.
