Revive
Fund Management ,
acting as fund manager, exclusively manages SFDR Article 9 funds,
focusing on maximizing positive impact and driving the transition toward a more
sustainable built environment.
Following
our successful JV with PATRIZIA to invest €75 million in the
development of sustainable and affordable housing across the Benelux region, we are turbo -charging our growth trajectory. There's a lot on the

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* As an Investment Manager, you
play a key role in the performance of our Funds. You are responsible for
managing the entire acquisition process and deploying the LP's equity
through business plans.
* Actively source new project
opportunities through networking, brokers, architects, online research,
and direct outreach.
* Analyse leads, assess the
feasibility of the transaction (legal, financial, commercial), and
underwrite preliminary business plans with risk assessments.
* Lead the investment
documentation on the Investment Committee for approval.
* Lead due diligence processes,
including legal, tax, and environmental risk assessments together with
internal Revive experts to evaluate project risks and ensure smooth
acquisitions.
* Negotiate with property owners
and stakeholders to secure deals.
* Manage the project pipeline,
from due diligence to investment proposals, and oversee communication with
external advisors.
Requirements
o Deep market knowledge and
strong network in the targeted market
o Deal maker with proven track
record and excellent communication and negotiation skills
o Strong background in financial
and market analysis, with an understanding of legal and regulatory aspects
of real estate transactions.
o Experience with risk
management, feasibility studies, and business plan development.
o A proactive, detail -oriented
mindset with the ability to handle fast -paced, dynamic environments.
o A passion for creating both
societal and financial impact through your work.
