Do you have experience in organising sales operations and high-quality commercial work? Do you thrive on negotiating and closing deals? Do you want to contribute to the growth of a leading, international sustainability consultancy firm, active in real estate?

SuReal is a fast-growing international consultancy with headquarters in Brussels, advising private and public organizations on sustainable buildings and cities. We focus on quantifiable sustainability solutions, cutting through greenwashing to drive real impact.

We are looking for a Sales & Tender Lead to manage and close our sales pipeline, a new and high-impact position for our future growth. Your work is an essential leverage for our CEO and Business Developer, enabling them to focus on networking and strategic business development, while you ensure all leads are managed and closed by excellence. You report to the CEO.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations Management: Structuring and improving our internal sales & reporting processes, systems and CRM, optimizing templates (offers, contracts...), analysing sales performance/forecast metrics, supporting leadership with insights, integrating AI to futureproof our sales management

Proposal & Tender Management: owning the full sales cycle end-to-end: from incoming RFP to signed deal, screening, drafting and negotiating RFP’s, leading the preparation of high-quality proposals, tenders and public procurement submissions, improving the workflow as you go; you receive technical support from experts

Contracting: High-level negotiating and deal closure, alone or in collab with the CEO, COO or Business Developer, overseeing client contract preparation and review, ensuring legal/quality standards, chasing colleagues, taking action to push a quote over the line

Sales strategy: Building a short and mid-term sales action plan, defining priorities, target markets and groups, evaluating sales targets, pipeline and forecasts, identifying growth opportunities

What You Bring

5 to 10 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, tender management or similar, ideally coming from a larger company in the real estate sector, engineering or consultancy

Experience with public sector tenders and public procurement. Experience in sustainability is a strong plus

Strong organisational skills, ability to structure and improve commercial processes, as well as communication skills

Go-getter who gets energy from results and enjoys client contact. Not a hunter, more a farmer

Comfortable taking ownership and suggesting improvements, analytical mindset

What We Offer

A new and impactful role at the heart of a fast-growing leading scale-up

Opportunity to be a game changer in the real estate sector. You join a team of purpose-driven people with a focus: having a strong impact on society

Flexibility: flex working hours, home office, great work-life balance, in combination with a salary that fits your expertise and mindset

Sustainable practices and transport: a trendy new office at Botanique, right next to train station (Bxl north), bike leasing, mobility budget,…

Ready to make a difference?
Apply now and tell us why you're excited to join us. Looking forward to meeting you!
