Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high‑quality front-end features and components that elevate the online customer experience.Identify and resolve technical obstacles that may impact sprint progress or delivery timelines.Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, business stakeholders and the Product Owner.Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing enhancements and optimizing existing code and processes.Contribute to knowledge sharing through demos, documentation and collaborative sessions. Who Are You? You hold a higher education degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related field.You have several years of experience as a front-end developer and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to a team.You have a strong technical background in modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).You communicate confidently in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.Key competencies for this role include innovation, collaboration, leadership mindset, empathy, problem‑solving, flexibility, drive, conflict management and fostering teamwork.You see the bigger picture, think about long‑term impact and are comfortable taking ownership and guiding others when needed.
