As a key contributor to our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling innovative medical products that are known for their simplicity and accuracy.
Our ideal candidate will have direct selling experience to the clinical diagnostics market with capital equipment, demonstrated by their career history. They should be aware of the hospital and laboratory selling market and possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with physicians, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell the product portfolio to meet sales targets by raising brand awareness and providing support to customers.
* Identify and develop relationship-building opportunities with prospect customers.
* Demonstrate and present products, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pre- and post-sales processes in collaboration with internal teams.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetings, reporting on market trends and competitor activity.
* Support new product installations at customer sites.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Life Science or similar field.
* Direct selling experience to the clinical diagnostics market with capital equipment, demonstrated by career history.
* Awareness of the hospital and laboratory selling market.
* Flexibility to travel within the territory when required.
