Job Title: Senior AI Engineer for People & Talent
What you will do
You will join as a Senior AI Engineer for People & Talent, focused on transforming our internal operations. You will be at the forefront of using AI to solve complex business problems, optimize workflows with AI agents, design and build integrations for business scalability. This is a future‑proof role where you will build innovative solutions and have a direct impact on how our business operates as a key part of a new, decentralized team of AI specialists.
Where you will have impact
Design and implement AI solutions that solve real‑world business problems within our People & Talent teams.
Collaborate directly with domain experts to deeply understand business challenges, workflows, and opportunities for automation and improvement.
Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations to optimize people operations for scalability.
Act as a key member of the broader cross‑functional AI engineering team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and successful patterns.
Work closely with our central AI infrastructure engineers to build robust and scalable solutions.
Pitch your own ideas and co‑create the roadmap for AI adoption within your domain, helping us build the perfect solutions.
Drive projects with a solution‑oriented and outcome‑focused mindset, ensuring technology delivers tangible business value.
About Our Team
You’ll join the P&T Strategy & AI Transformation team – a small, fast‑moving team inside People & Talent with a clear mandate: build and operate AI‑native workflows across the full employee lifecycle.
Your key collaborators
Director, P&T Strategy & AI Transformation – your manager who sets strategic direction and moves concepts to prototype stage.
HR Project Manager – your delivery partner coordinating across the function and keeping projects on track.
Enterprise Architect – advisor on company‑wide architecture, standards, and AI rollout.
AI Solution Engineers – advisors on integration design, technical frameworks & data governance.
P&T Domain Leads – owners of the processes you’ll be building on across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Operations.

Who you are
A strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
Hands‑on experience experimenting with various AI tools and building out AI‑driven workflows in production.
Proven business understanding and experience in a business‑facing role.
A solution‑oriented and outcome‑driven mindset, focused on solving problems rather than pure engineering craftsmanship.
A hands‑on and curious nature, interested in learning and understanding complex business processes.
Fluent communication in English.
We welcome
Familiarity with HR technology – HRIS, ATS, performance management tools.
Experience building on top of LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in a production context.
Familiarity with HR data structures: org hierarchies, compensation data, performance data, job catalogues.
Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar.
Technologies you will work with
AI tools, Gemini, Claude Code, Google Cloud Platform, Python, People & Talent systems.
