Job Purpose
Ensure maintenance process performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to maximize asset reliability.
Job Description
* Participate in the implementation of new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance process efficiency;
* Participate in the review of maintenance plans and updates to the maintenance management system;
* Support the review of maintenance procedures related to the quality management system;
* Participate in or perform critical analyses and develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance and the maintenance process;
* Continuously analyze the accuracy and adherence of the preventive maintenance plan and propose operational actions to maximize execution performance;
* Participate in the planning of major maintenance shutdowns and lead their execution.

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
* Active registration with CREA;
* Knowledge of Lean methodology;
