This position ensures commercial readiness, operational robustness and execution discipline. The role focuses on delivery excellence within assigned project, operating under the portfolio governance and strategic direction defined by the Senior Director Innovations and the local market needs. /p h3What You Will Do For Us /h3 h3End-to-End Commercialisation Leadership /h3 ul liLead full lifecycle commercialization programs for new products, packaging changes, renovations or line extensions. /li liTranslate innovation pipeline commitments into executable project roadmaps. /li liDrive stage-gate discipline and structured milestone governance. /li liEnsure launch readiness aligned with commercial go-to-market timelines. /li /ul h3Project Program Management Excellence /h3 ul liEstablish and manage integrated project plans across Supply Chain, Technical, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory and Commercial teams. /li liAct as the single accountable project lead for assigned commercialization initiatives. /li liManage scope, timeline, risks, interdependencies, and resource allocation. /li liEnsure proactive risk mitigation and escalation where required. /li /ul h3Execution Speed-to-Market /h3 ul liSecure alignment between market ambition and operational feasibility. /li liCoordinate plant trials, validation and capability ramp-up within compressed timelines. /li liDrive SKU complexity management and packaging transition planning. /li liEnsure post-launch performance monitoring and structured stabilization. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Bottler Interface /h3 ul liPartner closely with bottler project teams for local implementation. /li liMaintain strong communication cadence with cross-functional leadership. /li liProvide structured reporting within the governance framework defined by the Senior Director. /li /ul h3Qualification Experience /h3 ul li5–8 years of experience in Technical Operations, RD or Supply Chain. /li liStrong hands‑on project leadership experience. /li liExperience in manufacturing processes. /li liExperience in connection with RD functions. /li liAbility to manage complexity within a defined project scope. /li liStrong operational problem‑solving skill. /li liAdaptable and resilient, with a growth and continuous learning mindset; comfortable leading through ambiguity and change. /li liProven ability to lead, coach and develop teams and individuals, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, accountability and high performance. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
