Vilvoorde | Sales Support |High seniority and stability |Construction sector | EN + FRYour new positionAs Sales Support you are responsible for the administrative support of the Key Account Managers in Belgium, Germany and France. You will have contact with distributors and several internal departments.
Responsibilities include maintaining the Salesforce CRM system, coordinating the bonus process and supporting price book creation and retail price calculations. Furthermore you will offer general departmental assistance. In this position you will do data checks on regular basis and make sure every information is correct. Finally you will report to the group manager.
Your profileFor this position Hays is looking for an analytical and administrative strong person. You are open and dare to ask questions when necessary. Furthermore you are fluent in English and you have a good understanding of French.
Knowledge of Excel and Salesforce is a plus. Preferably you already have a first administrative working experience.The job offersThe company immediately gives a permanent contract. They also offer a very attractive salary complemented by fringe benefits:

You will work a 39-hour week with flexible working hours, starting between 6am and 10am. In addition to the 20 legal days, you are entitled to 12 compensation days. You are also covered for optical and medical expenses. You are entitled to various cheques such as an end-of-year bonus and eco cheques.
