In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

We’re looking for a Junior Financial Controller who’s ready to take their first steps in controlling and make a real impact. You’ll support our Finance Pack with clear reporting, sharp insights and solid financial foundations that help keep our growing business on track.
You’ll join a Finance Pack, recognised as Best Finance Team 2024, in an environment where you can learn fast, take ownership early on and build a strong foundation in controlling.
What is in your bowl? 🍵
A big scoop of hands-on controlling, learning on the job and increasing responsibility. You’ll get to:
* Own overhead and expense reporting, including monthly closings and budget follow-up.
* Support monthly warehousing and logistics closings, gaining hands-on insight into our operations.
* Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and cross-department discussions.
* Turn financial data into clear reports and insights for the business.
* Support the Finance Pack in managing P&L for developing markets.
What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹
* A Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
* Strong Excel skills and a love for structured, accurate work.
* Comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
* Clear communication skills and confidence presenting numbers.
* Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
* A proactive mindset, ownership mentality and team spirit.
