Job Description
As a Customer Service professional, your responsibilities are:
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Dutch and French.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
* Maintain and update customer records in the database.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
* Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
* Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service Professional Should Have
* An excellent level of Dutch and French,
* A minimum secondary degree in education.
* Previous experience in Customer Service roles.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and systems.
* A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
