To support the growth and development of IPEE we are looking for a
Customer Success Manager
who shares our vision and who can drive our commercial success with major global partners and customers. You report directly to the COO.
Your responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our customers in building a long-term relationship.
You guide new and existing customers through product selection, installation initial set-ups and you coordinate our teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
You organize training and education events on product features and updates and you share best practices in order to maximize the value of IPEE solutions for all users.
You capture and share customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
You monitor usage patterns and you identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
You reduce churn through proactive engagements and satisfaction monitoring.
You maintain customer records, success plans and documentation in CRM and support tools.
Your profile
You hold a bachelor degree in business management, marketing or similar and you have a strong experience in customer facing or customer supporting roles.
You get energy from helping and guiding customers in achieving success with our products and in providing customer feedback to our product and service development department and to our technical support team.
You take ownership of your accounts and act as a commercial driver, spotting opportunities and leading internal alignment to turn customer success into business growth.
You have preferably experience with global customers in multistakeholder organizations in our target markets such as project managers of customers, distribution partners, installers and/or facility managers.
You are familiar with tools like confluence, Jira, Hubspot, Odoo and Sharepoint or willing to acquire these skills quickly.
You live in the Antwerp region or are prepared to move to the region and you can speak Dutch and English with the team members.
