We're looking for a finance professional to join a growing and independent player in the renewable energy sector, with over 15 years of experience in wind power and more than 2 GW of projects under management in France, leader in its market.
The company has an experienced team of talents spread across France and Belgium and works across the full project lifecycle - from development to operation. With a hands-on, agile approach, the team is involved in both the financial structuring and the commercial strategy of each project.
This role is based in Brussels and will work closely with the COO and CFO. It combines responsibilities in project finance with the commercial management of electricity sales. The position is ideal for someone who wants to have a real impact on energy transition projects.
* Build and maintain relationships with banks and financing partners active in renewable energy.
* Develop and manage project financial models (business plans, scenario analysis, etc.).
* Support internal decision-making and investment approvals.
* Lead the structuring and execution of project financing: due diligence, coordination with advisors, credit documentation.
* Contribute to the commercial strategy for electricity sales, including the negotiation of long-term contracts (PPAs) with industrial buyers or traders.
* Keep an eye on energy market trends and financing conditions to help shape project and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
* As from 3 years of relevant experience in finance (project finance, M&A, infrastructure, or energy-related sectors).
* Strong skills in financial modelling and analysis.
* A background in finance, engineering, or business.
* Comfortable working independently and across teams.
* Experience in contract negotiation / sales approach.
* Curious, hands-on, and motivated to work in a small, fast-moving environment.
Language: French B1 - Intermediate
