1. After extensive training in aseptic working and
Good Manufacturing Practices, you will join our Operations Team. To clarify for you. Aseptic working refers to a set of practices and procedures applied to ensure sterility in the cleanrooms, where our advanced cell therapies are made. GMP guidelines on the other hand, ensure that our products are produced and checked according to high quality standards.
2. You support the daily aseptic and manual production process along with your fellow operators and team leaders, following strictly defined actions and standard procedures.
3. You perform certain production process steps within a grade A/B/C/D environment, such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
4. Working in an aseptic environment means you must also wear sterile clothing.
5. Furthermore, we work in a shift regime, no nights but weekends.
Your profile
6. Education: You have a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field of study. However, we believe that your mindset, passion, sense of accuracy and commitment to quality are more important than the education you took.
7. Experience: We offer extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.
8. Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and/or English
9. Strengths: You have a strong sense of responsibility. You are fully aware that your tasks are a vital step in our processes to getting our life-saving therapies to our patients in a timely manner. You have excellent organizational skills, with a penchant for structure and order. You can work accurately and diligently, with a keen eye for detail.
