The project:
Our client in the financial sector, is seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management Officer to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities:
Third Party Risk Lifecycle Management
* Manage the full lifecycle of third-party risk assessments: onboarding, due diligence, monitoring and periodic reassessment.
* Ensure correct classification and categorisation of third parties based on risk level and criticality.
* Challenge and optimise existing assessment methodologies and workflows.
Data Governance & Reporting
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of third-party data within procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba).
* Maintain and update the central third-party register.
* Produce structured reports for management, governance committees and regulators.
* Perform advanced Excel analyses (data consolidation, dashboards, risk tracking).
Incident & Risk Monitoring
* Review, monitor and report incidents affecting third parties.
* Ensure appropriate escalation and follow-up in line with internal policies.
Regulatory Compliance
* Maintain and communicate TPRM policies, processes and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as SRB, EBA guidelines, GDPR and DORA.
* Support audits and regulatory reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Participate in transversal regulatory or process improvement projects.
* Collaborate closely with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal and IT teams.
Is this you?
* Strong experience in Third Party Risk Management, Procurement Risk or Operational Risk.
* Solid background in data management and reporting.
* Very advanced Excel skills (data modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards).
* Experience working in a regulated financial environment is a strong asset.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and improve processes.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clear communicator able to interact with management and regulatory bodies.
