Job Description
Supporting data analysis and reporting for the analytics department.
Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Monitoring key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all analytical processes.
Assisting in the development of new tools and methodologies for data analysis.
Providing support for ad hoc analytical projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to the insurance industry
Proven hands‑on experience in independently leading and driving project initiatives
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with discipline in managing project schedules * Strong command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work flexible hours when required
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with solid understanding of SQL
Previous experience working in an agile environment
