What you do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be fully responsible for managing your own customer portfolio from A to Z. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing product and delivery information, as well as offering support and advice.

What Can You Expect?

1. You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with both the customer and the transport department.
2. You will maintain regular communication with our warehouse and production planning teams to ensure timely deliveries.
3. By getting to know your customers well, you can anticipate their needs, proactively supporting them in managing their order book.
4. You will have the opportunity to take initiative and identify process improvements, contributing to ongoing Customer Service projects in close collaboration with your colleagues.
5. You and your teammates function as a well-oiled machine. While you are primarily responsible for your own customer portfolio, you also act as a backup for your colleagues when needed.
6. Besides direct customer contact, you will work closely with various internal stakeholders, such as sales managers and the commercial management team.

Who you are

7. You have a higher education degree in a relevant field and preferably some practical experience in customer service.
8. Given our international presence, proficiency in English, French and/or German is required. Additional languages are a plus.
9. You have strong communication skills and enjoy finding the right solutions for customers.
10. You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, remaining flexible and composed under pressure.
11. You enjoy working in a proactive, dynamic, and positive team, contributing to a pleasant and collaborative atmosphere.
12. You have a structured approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative.
13. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
