A Brief Overview:
Oversee all aspects of mortgage alternate closings. Ensure, timely, compliant transactions and successful loan closings. Facilitate communication among all parties involved.
What you'll do
1. · Coordinate the closure process for Loss Mitigation (LM) alternatives, ensuring all steps are completed expeditiously (within one day of receiving the file) and without quality issues, and ensure all documentation is sent to accounting on the same day of closing.Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly.
2. · Oversee the post-closing process for LM alternatives, including archiving and handling documents in On Base (tool) and applying for Title Policies according to established procedures.
3. · Ensure that closing documents uploaded to On Base are adequate and compliant for both internal and external auditor reviews, including meeting monthly quality scorecard requirements.Understand and respond to internal and external client needs.
4. · Deliver excellent customer service by meeting service-related metrics, such as maintaining waiting times, keeping service times, ensuring survey results, and keeping low complaint volumes levels, as required.
5. · Review and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely completion of reserve analysis and related processes.
6. · Participate in commitment initiatives, actively engaging in activities, meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting improvements in communication, collaboration, decision-making, and recognition across units.
7. · Manage the call system (dialer) effectively, meeting established call quality monitoring goals.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Education
8. · Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience needed
Experience
9. · years of r elevant experience in Mortgage
10. · years of relevant experience in Mortgage Closing
11. · Experience in audits and quality review of files
