ProSource are seeking a Health Safety Advisor for a position in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of safety policies and procedures on-site.Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;Lead the implementation of HS standards on the construction site.Conduct regular site inspections and audits, reporting findings to the Project Manager and HSEQ Manager.Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health safety legislation, regulations, and company procedures.Assist in the development of Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Safe Plans of Action (SPAs).Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to site staff and subcontractors.Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.Liaise with local authorities and client safety representatives to ensure alignment with legal and contractual obligations.Maintain accurate records of all HS documentation, incidents, audits, and training.Promote a culture of safety-first and continuous improvement on-site.To be successful in your application you will possess the following;Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Health Safety roleRelevant Health Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, Diploma in Occupational Health Safety, or equivalent).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an advantage.Computer literate (MS Office, incident reporting systems, auditing tools).Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive safety performance.Benefits:Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)Accommodation and travel provided Daily subsistence allowanceProfessional development and training supportOpportunity to work on a high-profile international project
