About the Job
The role of a Procurement Specialist is key in ensuring the successful sourcing and procurement of Electrical Commercial Parts and potentially some Mechanical Commercial Parts.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify potential suppliers, prepare Requests for Quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
You will be responsible for managing contractual relations with suppliers and ensuring the quality of purchased items.
Your Responsibilities
* You will conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
* You will prepare and send out Requests for Quotations to select or source new suppliers.
* You will challenge and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
* You will manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.
* You will oversee the purchasing process to ensure compliance with company standards.
About You
* You hold a Master's degree in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management.
* You have previous experience in purchasing technical parts.
* You possess excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
* You have experience selecting, qualifying, and managing solutions suppliers.
* You are proficient in MS Office and SAP.
