About Airocollect Airocollect is transforming the construction and roofing industry by turning complex drone and LiDAR data into instant, actionable insights. We've moved past the "cool tech" phase and are now scaling a high-velocity SaaS engine. We are looking for a marketing leader who treats the funnel like a product—optimizing every touchpoint from the first Youtube ad to the "Aha! moment" of a user's first FastScan.

The Role As the Marketing Lead, you will own the entire customer journey. Your mission is twofold:Demand Gen: Fill the top of the funnel with high-intent leads across Europe.Growth Ops: Work deep inside the product and CRM to ensure those leads activate, convert, and stay.

You will be the architect of our "Automation Layer," ensuring that no lead goes cold and every trial user is guided by "digital handholding" toward their first scan.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Multichannel Performance Marketing Global Execution: Manage and scale paid channels (Meta, Google Search/Display, YouTube, TikTok) across our core markets: NL, FR, EN, and DE.Creative Ownership: Lead the hook, copy, and design direction for ads. You'll turn "drone data" into "saved hours and higher margins" for roofers.Budget Orchestration: Data-driven allocation of spend to maintain a healthy CAC/LTV ratio.

2. Product-Led Growth (PLG) & Activation The "Aha" Moment: Partner with the Product team to build in-app triggers and "digital handholding" (UserGuiding) to move users to their first FastScan within 7 days.Funnel Optimization: Lead projects to increase the activation rate of inbound leads through friction-free onboarding checklists and milestone-based rewards.

3. Lifecycle & Retention Automation Zoho Mastery: Build and manage the "Automation Layer." This includes 1/3/7/14-day email sequences, usage-based triggers (e.g., "Going Quiet" alerts), and pre-renewal value recaps.Churn Prevention: Execute data-driven plays to re-engage "At Risk" customers before they churn, using automated social proof and "Push-to-Value" messaging.

4. Content & Web Presence Website as a Sales Tool: Optimize the marketing site for conversion, including ROI calculators, FAQ overhauls, and localized landing pages.Education & Authority: Manage the Airocollect Academy, ensuring documentation and video tutorials (in 4 languages) act as a conversion tool, not just a support tool.

5. Data & Tracking Orchestration Full-Stack Attribution: Close the loop between ad spend, Zoho CRM data, and in-product behavior. You should be comfortable ensuring that "Google Ads Click A" results in "FastScan Action B."

What We're Looking For

5+ Years of B2B SaaS Experience: You have a proven track record of scaling software products in a B2B environment. You understand the nuances of trial-to-paid conversions and long-term LTV.The Growth Architect Mindset: You don't see marketing as "ads" and product as "code." You see one continuous machine. You are obsessed with bottlenecks and love finding the one experiment that will unlock a 10% lift in activation.Technical Marketing Proficiency: You are a "low-code" power user. You are comfortable connecting APIs, setting up complex workflow logic in Zoho, and ensuring tracking pixels are firing correctly across platforms. You are fundamentally data-driven and experiment-led.Creative Hands-on Ability: You can "do" as well as "lead." Whether it's drafting a high-converting email, building a landing page, or recording a 10-minute demo video, you have the skills to produce high-quality content yourself to maintain velocity.Multilingual Capability: Airocollect is a European powerhouse. Professional fluency in English and at least one other core language ( Dutch, French, or German ) is essential to manage our localized campaigns.
