As an OT Cybersecurity Lead Implementor, you play a key role in strengthening digital security by:
1. implementing cybersecurity compliance (NIS2, ISA/IEC ) within industrial networks
2. developing digital security strategies and policies to ensure regulatory adherence
3. conducting in-depth risk analyses and defining mitigation measures
4. preparing and guiding audits with strong documentation and reporting
5. advising and supporting the implementation of technical solutions such as network segmentation, patch management, and IDS/IPS, aligned with compliance requirements
6. training teams and clients in cybersecurity awareness and compliance requirements
Your digital expertise makes the difference:
7. a masters degree in industrial automation, cybersecurity, or IT
8. preferably certifications such as CISM, CRISC, ISA/IEC, or ISO Lead Auditor
9. experience with OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, DCS) and network/security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
10. in-depth knowledge of NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), ISA/IEC, ISO
11. a hands-on mentality to solve operational cybersecurity challenges
12. an analytical mindset to detect and proactively address cyber risks
13. strong communication skills to convey complex topics clearly
14. a methodical and detail-oriented approach in a highly regulated digital environment
15. flexibility to collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal cyber teams
