You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sleep, you act as the single voice for sleep across the business, connecting portfolio strategy, retail storytelling, partnerships, and consumer insight into a cohesive narrative that drives commercial performance and long-term growth. You partner closely with Product Management, Commercial, Operations, Retail, and Brand teams while leading portfolio optimisation and go-to-market execution across the sleep ecosystem. /p h3What you’ll do (and what you won’t) /h3 pbYou will /b /p ul liOwn channel pricing and discounting structures across the Sleep portfolio /li liDefine channel architecture including assortment strategy, bundle logic, and exclusivity across routes to market /li liLead go-to-market strategies across launches, campaigns, and retail activations within the sleep pillar /li liEstablish scalable messaging and storytelling frameworks that strengthen Loop’s authority in the sleep category /li liLead sleep-focused retail storytelling and channel positioning across partners and commercial channels /li liAnalyse customer behaviour, market trends, and portfolio performance to identify optimisation and growth opportunities /li /ul pbYou won’t /b /p ul liWait for endless approvals /li liHide behind processes /li liCruise quietly in the background /li liLimit your impact to a single product portfolio or isolated launch execution /li /ul h3How you’ll succeed /h3 pWe look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll succeed by balancing commercial performance with customer insight, leading cross-functional alignment without direct authority, and turning portfolio strategy into measurable business outcomes across pricing, retail execution, and go-to-market performance. /p h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liSignificant experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, category leadership, or go-to-market management within consumer products or retail-driven environments /li liDeep understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, channel architecture, and retail execution /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesise data across sales, operations, marketing, and consumer insight /li liExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Commercial, Retail, Operations, and Brand teams /li liAbility to define messaging, positioning, and campaign frameworks that scale across channels and audiences /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including leading without direct authority /li liYou work independently and know when to involve others /li liYou’re comfortable with change and ambiguity /li liYou know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve /liliYou want your work to matter, not just exist /li /ul h3Loop isn’t for everyone.
