Job Description:
As a Network Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams. You will also monitor Datacom networks, verify alarms, and perform Level 1 incident management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle calls and emails from customers and internal teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors as needed.
* Monitor Datacom networks and verify alarms.
* Perform Level 1 incident management tasks, including troubleshooting and applying workarounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of modern LAN and WAN networks, as well as experience in network operations support. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
