About the Team / Role
Seeking an experienced professional with sales operations and commercial planning background with SQL, Python and data management skills.
This role is designed for people who love creating and transforming processes through data analysis.
In this role, you'll be
* Responsible for designing and implementing planning and lead management processes.
Responsibilities
* Assess business needs, from market perspective to CRM and resource planning.
* Design the data architecture to support processes and controls.
* Create planning and lead management tools.
* Develop dashboards and studies to improve accuracy and management efficiency.
Requirements
* Experienced in creating KPIs, designing dashboards, and providing information for commercial teams.
* Good with numbers and communication, able to generate continuous improvement in processes. Disciplined, agile, willing to learn and high sense of urgency.
* At least 3 years of experience in commercial planning or related areas, GTM or revenue management.
* Relentless about achieving goals.
