The mission of Business Strategy Division (BSD) is to develop and implement the mid- to long-term strategy for Toyota Motor Europe, based on future market needs and future changes.
Job description
As a Senior administrative assistant in BSD you will work in corporate management team. In your role, you will be providing admin support to the BSD team. This will be combined with working on project-related tasks.
Your responsibilities could include support on (not exhaustive) :
1. Corporate meeting administrative support: Monthly top executive* meetings set up (agenda, facilities), confidential material slide deck preparation, draft minutes creation. *Top executives: Toyota Motor Europe President & CEO and Executive Vice Presidents level
2. General admin support of BSD members including meeting set-up and agenda management
3. Logistic support of events organised by BSD
4. Support on projects
5. Be back-up for other admin tasks
Profiel
6. Educational background in administration, business management, or a related discipline, with exposure to large corporate or multinational environments.
7. Minimum 3 year experience in an administrative area, ideally an international environment
8. Strong analytical and project management skills, eye for detail
9. Good communication skills
10. Team player
11. Pro-active and creative thinker
12. Discrete, able to handle confidential material and information
13. English as native (ideally, or bilingual level), Japanese as business language (not a must)
14. Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Oracle, Teams and Sharepoint
15. Comfortable building out a network
16. Willing to learn
