Schedule Leadership Opportunity

About the Job:
The Schedule Leader will be responsible for building, visualizing, deploying, and managing the schedules that drive project delivery. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the right quality to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and revise baselines as needed.
2. Create and manage Level 1 schedules for program-wide alignment and controlled change management.
3. Support scrum teams and disciplinary teams in developing Level 2 schedules for project phases, identifying critical paths, and enabling efficient action planning.
4. Manage dependencies across schedules and support teams in integrating sub-schedules into the master schedule.
5. Develop and follow up on tollgate planning, ensuring timely delivery of all required deliverables.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or project management, or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of experience.
* Proven expertise in planning, stakeholder management, and leadership.
* Familiarity with Gantt chart-based planning tools and MS Office applications.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
* Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
