? The Opportunity We are supporting a well-established engineering company with a strong pipeline of projects across Belgium. Due to increased workload, they are looking to engage an experienced Freelance HVAC Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity within a stable and growing environment.
?️ Your Role You will be responsible for managing HVAC projects across a range of building environments, including:
Public infrastructure
Residential developments
Commercial buildings
Key responsibilities:
End-to-end project management of HVAC installations
Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors
Ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
Acting as the main technical point of contact
✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager / Project Leader
Strong technical background in: Heating
Ventilation
Air conditioning
Cooling systems
Experience within building services / construction environments
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
Fluent Dutch / Flemish speaker
Based in Belgium (Flanders region preferred)
