About the job
Voor een Logistiek bedrijf in de Waaslandhaven is Konvert op zoek naar een deeltijds administratief medewerker. Je werkt ongeveer 16 uur per week en levert administratieve ondersteuning voor een intern project.
Takenpakket:
1. Het Quality Management System wordt geoptimaliseerd en heel wat data dient aangepast te worden in het systeem.
2. Je zal data digitaal verwerken en invoeren.
3. Daarnaast controleer en klasseer je documenten.
4. Je zal moeten bepalen welke documenten gedigitaliseerd worden en welke niet.
Who are we looking for?
5. Een eerste ervaring is niet echt nodig, maar wel de nodige motivatie en leergierigheid.
6. Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurigheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
7. Je bent flexibel, initiatiefnemen en proactief ingesteld.
8. Je denkt altijd in functie van de klant om hen zo'n goed mogelijke service te bieden.
9. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Nederlands, zowel geschreven als gesproken
10. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (bedrijf is moeilijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer)

14. Je werkt ongeveer 16 uur per week, vrij te kiezen wanneer.

Working as a student
In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?
17. Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)
18. Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship
19. Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship
20. Independent learning – diploma via examination board
21. Finishing a thesis
22. Possibly adult education if main activity
