HR administration & employee lifecycle
- Manage employee files including contracts, personal data, and key documentation
- Handle processes related to reintegration, retirement, and insurance administration
- Support onboarding by preparing documentation and ensuring smooth integration
Payroll operations
- Independently manage monthly payroll for employees in Belgium
- Ensure accurate processing of absences, holidays, leave requests, and expense notes
- Maintain work schedules, employment data, and system updates
- Support compliance with local legislation and internal policies
Fleet & benefits support
- Assist in managing company car allocations and related administration
- Follow up on mobility arrangements and benefit-related processes
Reporting & financial follow-up
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for HR and Finance
- Validate invoices and coordinate with relevant departments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in payroll and HR administration in Belgium
- Ability to run payroll processes independently from A to Z
- Knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and tools (experience with eBlox is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and high level of discretion
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and French (both oral and written)
