* Manage time-sensitive invoicing tasks: converting opportunities into accurate invoices
* Maintain correct project data in CRM and follow up on documentation
* Provide administrative support for client engagements (proposals, billing status…)
* Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics where needed
* Handle internal and external communication on behalf of partners
* Ensure timely follow-up of financial items, hours and expenses
* Collaborate closely with finance and business support teams
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar
✔ Experience in invoicing, billing coordination or finance admin - must have
✔ Strong knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
✔ Fluent in English + good level of French or Dutch
✔ Experience in consulting or a Big 4 environment = strong asset
✔ Hands-on, accurate and comfortable taking initiative
✔ Able to work both independently and in a supportive team environment
✔ Available immediately for a temporary assignment of min 6 months
