Mission Overview We are seeking an experienced
IT Security Project Manager
to support our client in managing multiple concurrent security and infrastructure projects within a complex international IT environment. This role focuses on project structure, governance, stakeholder management, communication, and delivery oversight, rather than hands-on technical implementation. The Project Manager will oversee 4–5 parallel projects across different teams, covering diverse security and infrastructure domains.
Scope of Work Key project domains include: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Digital Workplace Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure initiatives Knowledge of

is not required at this stage.
Key Responsibilities The Project Manager will: Define and manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and dependencies Capture and translate stakeholder expectations into clear project objectives Organize and lead steering committees and provide structured reporting Ensure alignment across team leads, system engineers, and external partners Support the rollout and operationalization of the security and infrastructure strategy Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned security and infrastructure projects Guide delivery and progress while collaborating closely with technical teams Note: This is not a hands-on technical or implementation role.
Technical & Professional Profile Strong affinity with IT infrastructure and security topics Sufficient technical understanding to challenge and discuss solutions Solid knowledge of IAM, hybrid cloud, and digital workplace environments Technical depth is secondary to project management and communication skills
Governance & Reporting The Project Manager will report, alongside three other Project Managers, to the Solution Owner / Service Line Owner – Infrastructure Domain, within a structured and mature infrastructure organization.
