You will join a large insurance company located in the Antwerp region, operating within a complex IT environment that combines modern platforms with older systems. The organization is running an ambitious program focused on improving and further developing end‑to‑end business processes.
Your new role
As a Freelance Business Analyst, you will help define project scope and gather requirements together with key stakeholders. You design optimal end‑to‑end business processes, document use cases and information models, and support the execution teams throughout delivery. You work closely with product owners, developers and scrum masters, and assist in business acceptance testing. You also contribute to maintaining business continuity within financial flows.
Your profile
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable requirements.
2. Strong background in integration projects within multi‑component IT landscapes.
3. Skilled in defining scope, documenting requirements, modeling processes and preparing use cases.
4. Experienced in analyzing end‑to‑end processes and supporting business acceptance testing.
5. Collaborative mindset with a can‑do attitude and openness to feedback.
6. Experience in insurance or finance is a plus, not a must.
